Sisters sits at roughly 3,200 feet on the east slope of the Cascades, and it gets a colder, snowier winter than Bend or Redmond. Pipes in crawlspaces, garages, and exterior walls take the brunt of it. Inside city limits Sisters runs on municipal groundwater. Outside town, in Tollgate, Crossroads, Indian Ford, and the acreage properties along Highway 126 and Camp Sherman Road, most homes are on private wells or small community systems. Either way, Central Oregon water is hard, and it leaves mineral scale in water heaters, fixtures, and valves.
We service and replace gas, electric, and tankless water heaters, and we’ll tell you honestly whether yours needs a flush, an anode rod, or a replacement. We also install and repair faucets, toilets, showers, and garbage disposals from Moen, Delta, Kohler, and Grohe, plus whole-house filtration and softening for well-water homes.
Many homes in and around Sisters date from the 1970s through the 1990s, and the galvanized or early plastic supply lines from that era are reaching the end of their life. Slow drains, low pressure, discolored water, and recurring pinhole leaks are the usual warning signs. We offer professional drain cleaning with camera inspection so you can see what’s actually in the line, and whole-house repiping when patching stops making sense.
